In addition to the rules found here, when crafting during downtime you are required to make a post in the thread of the character that will be performing the crafting.
In this post you must specify a few things according to this template. If you cannot auto-succeed on a 1 then you will have to consult with a gm to oversee the craft check and post the outcome as a reply to the thread.
