You seem to have used a 23 point buy instead of a 25 unless my calculations are off.
I can't see you have listed your racial traits anywhere.
You seem to be missing the +3 HP from toughness
The journal you bought is not in your inventory as a listed item.
You seem to be missing a skill rank (2+int mod(Minimum 1), +1 skilled human racial trait, +2 background skills)
The exalted of the society trait has cleric as prereq
Blessed Touch is a faith trait, same as exalted of the society, and thus you cannot have both.
