- Never edit your character thread under any circumstance. Doing so will be viewed as cheating and the character will be removed from play. No exceptions.
- You may use myth-weavers or PCgen for character sheets, provide a link to an uploaded pdf of your sheet on your character thread.
- We use www.d20pfsrd.com and www.archivesofnethys.com as rules references.
- Characters start at level 1.
- We use 25 point buy. Calculator can be found here.
- We use the following races: Core races: Dwarf, elf, gnome, half elf, half orc, halfling and human. Featured Races: Aasimar, Catfolk, Dhampir, Drow, Fetchling, Goblin, Hobgoblin, Ifrit, Kobold, Orc, Oread, Ratfolk, Sylph, Tengu, Tiefling and Undine. Standard races: Gnolls, Lizardfolks, monkey goblins, skinwalkers, triaxians.
- Aasimars, dhampirs, tieflings and skinwalkers may take any variant heritage. But variant abilities are not available. This does not require a feat.
- A certain knowledge of the race you are using is expected as well. You must have a general idea about how your character's race works and behaves in Golarion setting, that we will use for this matter.
- You may use alternate racial traits, exception to this is the racial traits that increase the racial points of the race(Marked with for example (2 RP) ).
- Choose an alignment.
- We use the Golarion deities and demi-gods found here.
- We currently allow all classes except for the occult classes and the base class summoner along with the synthesist archetype. Unchained summoner is allowed.
- We do not allow the rare cantrips.
- Enter your skill ranks as per pathfinder rules. In addition to this we are using the background skills from the unchained rules.
- Choose your feats and label where you get them from.
- Starting hit points is max, after first level you take average HD.
- You will start with max gold for your class. Every item on your sheet shall be noted with a gold cost and a weight. Coin weight is ignored.
- Two traits is standard, if you pick a drawback then you get to add a third trait. Label everything.
- We do not use campaign traits
- Make sure to not have multiple traits of the same type.
- We use medium experience track.
- You can not start playing with crafted gear.
- Animal companions start with tricks equal to half of the max for their intelligence rounded down (2 int = 3 tricks, 1 int = 1 trick) in addition to bonus tricks from animal companion. Additional tricks must be taught during downtime.
- GMs run animal companions, summoned monsters etc.
- This requires players to provide easy to understand and simple to use tokens with macros.
- Exception to this is familiars and eidolons, these are controlled by the player.
- We use the hero point system as written.
- Players may forgo hero points and take anti-hero for an extra feat, this choice is irrevocable.
- The words of power rules are used as written.
- A word of power is not counted as a spell for any purpose, only a full and castable combination of power words meets requirements for that.
- The stamina and combat tricks rules are available through feat access.
- You may not acquire any form of feature from an unavailable source, such as classes or races not in use.
- Once more, label everything on your sheet so a gm can easily backtrack how your character works and where you got your things from.
- When you have created a sheet for your character, post your sheet in the character creation thread. Once it gets approved it will be moved into the approved characters board.
- Your character thread will be a record of the sessions you've been in, rewards that have been earned, downtime taken and any other notable thing that has occured regarding the character.
- You will be required to add a link to session summary posts for later cross reference, should any ambiguity present itself.
- Never edit a post in your character thread. This will be viewed as cheating and the character will be removed from play. Don't touch that edit button!
- By posting your application you confirm that you've read the rules and that you understand that editing your character thread will result in deletion of the thread.

Easily Missed ThingsHave you..
- Named your favored class and what bonus you chose for the level?
- Remembered class specific items such as alchemist's lab, holy/unholy symbol, spellbook, spell component pouch, thieves' tools...?
- Chosen a deity/religious view?
- Chosen an alignment?
- Made sure you're not encumbered and if you are, have you listed your encumbrance?
- Made sure that you have the correct speed? Armor and encumbrance lowers it.
- Added your weapons, armor and shield to your inventory?
- Properly listed weights on everything?
- Selected bonus languages if you have a positive int mod or taken skill ranks in linguistics?
